I am a licensed clinical psychologist providing individual and couples
therapy for adults and adolescents. My private practice is located in
Chevy Chase in the Mazza Gallerie shopping area, about two blocks from the

In addition to my private practice, I am an adjunct clinical faculty member for the George Washington University's Doctor of Psychology Program and a faculty member for St. Elizabeth’s Hospital Psychiatric Residency Training Program . In 2012, I was named St. Elizabeth’s Residency Program’s Outpatient Supervisor of the Year. At the University of the District of Columbia’s Counseling Center, I served as training director. My clinical experience has included work with college students in the Counseling Centers of George Mason University and James Madison University, with high school students in the District of Columbia and with adult clients at the George Washington University Center Clinic.
My doctorate in clinical psychology was earned at George Washington University Psy.D. program. Additional training included a year in the advanced Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy Program of the Washington School for Psychiatry and one year fellowships at both the Washington Center for Psychoanalysis and the Baltimore-Washington Institute for Psychoanalysis. I am licensed in Maryland and the District of Columbia , and credentialed by the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology . I am also a member of the Maryland Psychological Association , the Institute of Contemporary Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis , and an affiliate member of the Washington Baltimore Center for Psychoanalysis, Inc .
Much of my work with clients focuses on depression, anxiety and relationship concerns. I find tremendous satisfaction in helping clients to work through their current difficulties to find personal meaning and happiness.
