You will find my practice conveniently located in Chevy Chase, Md. in the heart of the Mazza Gallerie / Friendship Heights shopping area.  This is a five-minute drive to Bethesda Md.  The office is in the Highland House apartment building, which has medical offices on the first two floors.  Highland House building is located directly across Wisconsin Avenue from Tiffany & Co. and across S. Park Avenue from Brooks Brothers.   From any level of the garage or from the ground floor lobby, you may reach my office by taking the elevator to the second floor.

 Parking
There is garage parking in the building.  With my validation stamp, the fee is $5 for two hours.  The main parking entrance is on S. Park Avenue.  There is an automated entry and a parking attendant at the exit booth.  If you enter arrive in the evening or on the weekend when the S. Park Avenue entrance is closed, you may still enter the parking garage from the back of the building at the Hills Plaza Road entrance.  Pull up to the metal post and press the "For Assistance" buzzer which will activate an intercom to the receptionist.  Tell the receptionist you are there for an appointment in suite 216.  She will buzz you into the garage.  You can visit the lobby reception desk to receive a parking ticket.  Use the validation stamp in  my office and pay her before leaving.  Drive to the garage exit and press the "For Assistance" button on the pole next to the booth.  The receptionist will cause the garage door to open so that you may exit.

You may also choose to park in the above-ground lot behind Tiffany & Co. where you can receive validation for two hours with a purchase from the Giant.  Those parking in the Saks Fifth Avenue lot will find exiting free when the store is closed.
Metro
If you prefer to take the Metro, the office is located on the Red Line at the Friendship Heights Station.  When you exit the Metro, walk out the Western Avenue exit.  This will put you on the corner of Western and Wisconsin Avenues.  Stay on the same side of Wisconsin Avenue and walk 2 blocks north (away from Neiman Marcus).  Pass MAC cosmetics, Anthropologie, Gap, Banana Republic, Starbucks and Van Cleef & Arpels.  Highland House will be on your left. 

Metrobus
From Georgetown , the office is an easy 20-minute ride on metrobus #32 or #36.  You can choose to be picked up at either one of two spots--the intersection of M Street & Wisconsin Avenue or the intersection of Dumbarton Street (between O and N) and Wisconsin Avenue .  The metrobus will take you straight down Wisconsin Avenue to be dropped off directly at the Friendship Heights Metro station.    Alternately, you can take the G2 bus to the Dupont Circle Metro station and travel a few stops down to the Friendship Heights Metro station.

From American University, it is probably most convenient to take the N2 bus directly to Friendship Heights.  Alternately, you can take the M4 bus or walk to the Tenleytown Metro Station and travel one stop down the Red Line to the Friendship Heights Station.

From Potomac, the T2 metrobus picks up at Bullis School and drops students off in  Friendship Heights at the Metro station.
